Customer Service Helpdesk -working 9am- 5pm (no weekends)
£13,000- £13,500
Working 9am- 5pm in a team of 4 people
This is a very busy and varied telephone based role and involves speaking with a number of different contacts and dealing with varied queries.
Duties will include:
Dealing with incoming calls from Insolvency Practioners (IP’s)
Requesting information from I’P’s
Talking calls from debtors and answering queries
Dealing with calls from the courts
If you are unable to help with calls, directing them out to other departments
You will also be responsible for general admin work such as sending out letters
Experience required
You will have previous telephone experience and will be used to working in a fast paced environment.
