A large charitable organisation are looking for an experienced building surveyor to manage a team of staff and deal with repairs and maintenence queries. Duties of the role are outlined below:
-Looking after the management, repair and maintenance of the property portfolio
-Supervise a team of office staff, trades people and external contractors
-Surveying and managing works, both private and insurance based, from initial survey ,form schedule of works, instigate repairs, snagging
The successful candidate must be in posession of a full driving licence, it is desirable that the successful candidate will have their own tools.
