Market leading and enviable air conditioning and mechanical services company based in the Midlands currently require a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer to join their reliable and highly skilled engineering team.

SALARY: £25,000 - £28,000 OTE £33k + company car + pension scheme + healthcare + call out rota bonus
POSSIBLE LOCATION OF CANDIDATES: Leicester, Nottingham, Nuneaton, Derby, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Coaville, Market Harborough.

THE ROLE:
Fulfilling the role of Senior Air Conditioning Engineer, the successful candidate will be a key part of a variety of projects, from small servicing up to multi-million pound mechanical service contracts. You will be required to work predominantly within Air Conditioning maintenance and servicing, but there is also the need for you work on chillers, vents, fans, ductwork and boilers.
Additionally, you will be needed to be part of an emergency call out rota 1 week of every 6. Being in a senior position, you will be expected to set an example for less experienced engineers and also have them shadow you from time to time. The organisation has a reputation for low staff turnover and hold onto their engineers, due to the fact they offer progression and development for all employees.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
> You must hold relevant HVAC qualifications, Safe Handling, C&G etc.
> You will have experience with chillers, vents, fans and ideally boilers – hence very much a mechanical bias.
> You will have held some supervisory engineering experience.
> Full Driving License
> Ideally you will be more adept in maintenance and servicing.
