This is a very varied role so flexibility and a ‘can do’ attitude is a must. You need to be exceptionally organised, with the ability to multitask work and be able to deliver to tight deadlines. This position requires exceptionally good communication skills, impeccable self presentation, and good IT skills. Excellent opportunities for advancement.


The main purpose of this role is to provide a full administrative support for the Leeds office as well as coordinating the general administration of other Branches.
To work alongside and provide support to the company’s Chief Executive.
You will organise the company’s facilities.
You will be responsible for implementing new health and safety policy as well as maintaining current standards.
The company places very high importance to this role and the collective area is under the direct supervision of the Chief Executive. Other tasks include:

The management of company’s stationary
Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail
Providing reception cover
Employee holiday management
To maintain diaries for key areas with the ability to discern priority of entries.
To produce letters, memos, reports
Meeting room management
To produce business project questionnaires plus supplements
To contribute to the production of tenders
To copy and collate tenders, quotes etc
To carry out routine filing, copying, faxing, e-mailing etc
To produce PowerPoint presentations


Summary of skills required:



Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint – intermediate+
Working knowledge of intranet
