My high profile client is looking to take on a number of sales/customer service consultants.
This role deals with inbound and an outbound telephone enquiries from new and existing customers. You will use your knowledge and skills to present products and services that match customers’ defined requirements and take the customer through the decision making to application.
You will deliver personal and team sales targets based on best practice. You will determine the customer needs, leading them to the most appropriate solution. Having full knowledge of all the products within the portfolio. Providing an excellent customer experience at all times taking responsibility to satisfy and identify the customer’s requirements at first contact.
