We need candidates with a minimum of six months collections experience for our friendly offices in Leeds city centre.
We can offer an extremely competitive salary ranging from £7.90 to £11 per hour (£13000-£22500 per annum) coupled with the opportunity to earn bonuses ranging from £80-300 per month.

Duties Include:
Dealing with in and outbound calls from debtors.
Collecting outstanding debt, and establishing future payment method
Negotiating/agreeing repayment plans including those in Financial Difficulty.
Resolving queries related to none payment such as direct debit processing/establishing.
Dealing with work lists and customer correspondence.
Complaint handling in line with FOS regulations/guidelines.
Consistently adhere to Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulations
Negotiate arrangements on accounts that are in Litigation process.
Liase with 3rd parties such as Solicitors / DMCs
Administration tasks incorporating Insolvency,
