Part-time Collections Advisor
Hours
Monday- Thursday 5-9pm
Saturday 8am-1pm
We are looking for a specialist Recoveries Agents to join our team in Leeds.
Our legal systems group provides volume legal services to the UK's top financial institutions and insurers. Our client base includes leading banks, building societies, insurance companies, self-insured organisations in private and public sectors, insurance brokers and major plcs.
Key responsibilities:
You will deal with court correspondence, inbound and outbound telephone calls to ensure that client service levels and individual objectives are achieved. You will be responsible for negotiating payment in full of outstanding debts. Client contact may be required in order to resolve complex queries.
A minimum of 6 months experience in a collections environment is absolutely necessary.
Experience of legal collections and the court system would be a distinct advantage, however training and support will be provided.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Process driven - able to confidently challenge and develop working practices.
•Accuracy and an eye for detail.
•Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised to achieve demanding client deadlines.
