Our Clients legal systems group provides volume legal services to the UK's top financial institutions and insurers. Their client base includes leading banks, building societies, insurance companies, self-insured organisations in private and public sectors, insurance brokers and major PLC’s.

Administrator

The Administration team provides an internal service to the recoveries function, performing tasks that enable the legal Fee-earners to focus upon fee income.

The team has recently taken on a Legal Resource Tool, enabling the team to have both a team and group target. Improving the efficiency, service and delivery to our internal clients, going forward this tool will be developed and distributed to the entire recoveries section.

You will be based within a team of 12 and the purpose of the role can be summarised as follows:-

* Updating new instructions from the client.
* Cover phone lines during busy periods.
* Processing/filing court paper work through the internal systems
* liaise with colleagues regarding account status.

You will be responsible for :-

* Sorting and updating new instructions
* Maintaining new instructions and the progress of accounts
* Emailing information to colleagues of account changes.
* Maintaining the workflow via chasing workbox functions.

Must have at least 6 months work experience in a administrative role. Experience of using Word, Excel and a good general knowledge of IT systems.

You will preferably have worked within the debt/legal industry but this is not essential as full training will be given.

To be success you will work well with a team environment, be self motivated and target driven.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
