Our client based in Huddersfield 3 are looking for an Export Administration Manager. You will be responsible for managing export sales orders from receipt t delivery. Liaising with production, arranging transport with freight forwarders and completing the correct documentation for the country. Progressing the delivery during its journey as necessary. Managing the outstanding debts and instructing sales personnel where debt collection is needed. Manage oversees stocks of product that are on consignment, use bespoke computer software that handles invoicing, intrastats month end (customs), financial month end. Dealing with overseas commissions and royalties. Managing letters of credit for certain overseas countries where the credit risk is too high. Export knowledge would be helpful although this is not essential as would another language such as French, German, Italian etc.
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm with 1 hour for lunch. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
