SALES TEAM LEADER! up to £23,000 + Superb Commission structure including excellent benefits and company discounts! Working for a Leeds City Centre blue chip call centre, this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading banks. Your key responsibility will be to manage a team of up to 15 sales advisors responsible for selling various financial solutions. You will also be responsible for the development of sales skills for each of the team members, managing individual and team performances, coaching, conducting one to ones and ensuring the team adheres to set guidelines and policies and are working to targets.
Candidates must have excellent people management skills and previous team leader experience within a call centre environment.
