An interesting and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Administrator. Based near Bradford, this is a Head Office role, with a well respected national organisation.
The role
This is a full time permanent role, to provide administrative support for all members of a large Marketing department.
Duties will include:
Collation and issue of marketing bulletins
Management of all orders and invoices and compilation of monthly reports for senior management
Ad hoc report collation for department and senior management
Any administration tasks required by Marketing Manager
The successful candidate will
Have previous administration experience within a demanding environment
Have excellent communication and organisational skills, as internal and external communication is a key feature within this role
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint as a minimum
Have a can-do attitude and a flexible approach
