Our client is a global leader in the design and manufacture of a complete range of air conditioning products; offering a full service designing, testing and manufacturing heat transfer products for a wide range of applications and markets. They enjoy their position as the first choice for air conditioning in data centres, telecommunications, banking, commerce and in the leisure, retail, defense, education and industrial sectors.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for Mechanical Engineers to join the Product Development Team. These newly made positions offer an excellent career move for personal development as it is anticipated that over a 3 year training period the successful candidates will become competent refrigeration and air conditioning product design engineers.
You will require the following:
• A degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
• An interest in product design
• Knowledge of design disciplines
• A methodical and practical approach
• The ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Knowledge and experience of Mechanical CAD and CFD
• Software writing skills would be advantageous
Hours of work are 08:00 – 16:30 Monday – Thursday; 08:00 – 15:30 Fridays.
