The main function of the job will be to conduct outbound calling to current and prospective customers to help grow the business. Working towards targets you will be responsible for: • Handling your own database
• Outbound calls acquiring new customers
• Keeping regular contact to build customer relationships
• Delivering excellent Customer Service.
You:
• MUST HAVE SALES EXPERINCE
• Previous Experience of Saleslogix database would be advantageous
• Previous experience working in a sales and service environment
• Possess the ability to use objection handling
• Good communication skills and the ability to ‘think on the spot’
• Experience of working to set targets & deadlines
• An adaptable and flexible attitude
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• MS Office literate
Hours of work are 08:45 – 17:30 Monday – Friday and is offered on a 13 week temporary to permanent basis.
