This company offer a complete one-stop service for CD and DVD duplication from the initial design concept through to the finished packaged products with account management and client service at the forefront of their minds.
The main function of the job will be to conduct outbound calling to current and prospective customers to help grow the business. Working towards targets you will be responsible for: • Handling your own database
• Outbound calls acquiring new customers
• Keeping regular contact to build customer relationships
• Delivering excellent Customer Service.
You:
• MUST HAVE SALES EXPERINCE
• Previous Experience of Saleslogix database would be advantageous
• Previous experience working in a sales and service environment
• Possess the ability to use objection handling
• Good communication skills and the ability to ‘think on the spot’
• Experience of working to set targets & deadlines
• An adaptable and flexible attitude
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• MS Office literate
Hours of work are 08:45 – 17:30 Monday – Friday and is offered on a 13 week temporary to permanent basis.
