We are currently looking for candidates with strong communication skills and a desire for career progression. Working for one of the worlds largest banks based in Leeds this role will require you to use your Customer Service abilities, whilst building strong relationships with your customers.
This is an inbound only position, there is no cold calling involved. You will be taking calls from new and existing customers as well as warm leads from your colleagues in the customer service department. Ensuring the highest level of customer service is given at all times you will be dealing with customers wishing to purchase a range of products from loans, overdrafts and credit cards through to account upgrades and insurance products.
Full training is provided, and ongoing support is given throughout your career.
