Post 1: 8.30am - 12.45pm Monday to Friday
Post 2: 12.45pm - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
To provide a friendly and efficient Information Service at the Three Valley’s Centre. The main objectives of the post are: Reception service for callers, customers/students and visitors including receiving and actioning telephone, email and fax enquiries, also to provide information and advice about the services available to students. As part of this role there will be administrative tasks such as filing, typing and data input.
You will have relevant administration/reception experience, backed by a good level of education and a working knowledge of office systems and procedures.
