Our client based in Keighley are looking to recruit an experienced administrator with Excel knowledge to work within a proactive environment.
This is a new role so the job will be to make your own. The following are standard duties but they can grow as your knowledge of the business does!
· Reports from system Analysis and input
· Contact engineers
· Liasing with other departments
· Answering phones and diverting calls
· Taking messages
· Use of Excel spreadsheets
· Filing, faxing, photocopying
· Administration
