Full Description:
Our client, a truly global leader within plastic process mouldings are currently looking to recruit an experienced engineer to work within their Quality department.

Quality / CMM Engineer:

Skills and Experience required.
Ideally ONC/HNC background in technical discipline- desirable.
3/5 years experience in a quality engineering and CMM experience.
Individual needs to be flexible and used to working in a fast paced
environment with technical products and specifications
Needs to have a background in quality systems ideally TS16949
Must be methodical.
Responsibilities.
Develop a measurement programme using off line programming techniques.
Undertake dimensional assessments to support PPAP submissions and evaluations
Provide dimensional reports for capability studies
Plan and maintain a work schedule for CCMM loading
Assist with calibration on an ongoing
basis.
Monitor, maintain and update any validations on an ongoing basis.
