Full Description:
A Customer Insurance Advisor is required for our client a leading Insurance Broker.
Working within a small team, yet within part of a large busy office, you will be responsible for all insurance policy changes, as well as general administration and customer support to clients.
Full training will be provided, however to be a successful candidate you must either possess some insurance experience, either Motor or home or both, or have a solid background in customer services.
A confident telephone manner is essential, along with Maths and English G.C.S.E's Garde C or above, or the equivalent.
