Job Description
(Temp to Perm)
My client is a market leading re-manufacturer based in Normanton. They are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join their busy team.
Role Profile:
This role would suit candidates looking to grow and develop their career within a Mechanical Engineering environment. Ideally you will have a Mechanical Engineering background along with re-manufacturing experience.
- Diagnose all faults and Disassemble parts with care.
- Thorough cleaning of all parts.
- Rectification of second hand parts.
- Replacement of missing parts with new or serviceable second hand parts.
- Ensure that in-process inspections and checks are carried out correctly.
- Ensure that all documentation is correctly completed.
- Rotor balancing and Core balancing.
- Welding.
- Machining.
- Organisation and planning of jobs.
- Housekeeping of all workshop areas.
- Computer aided identification and locating of parts.
- Those functions necessary to achieve the purpose above, and per the Organising Board.
