Job Description
Precedo Healthcare Ltd is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy.
We are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Care Coordinator . This exciting opportunity has arisen with our client who is a leading domiciliary group who prides themselves in the quality of care they deliver. The office is based in Huddersfield and covers surrounding areas.
As a Care Coordinator you will be expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination and scheduling of the clients services.You will also assist other staff members in order to provide the highest quality service.
The Position:
You will be joining an established staff team of office and field workers that provide support to various types of service users.
There will be many varying duties that you would be required to under take including:
* To assist in the day to day operation of the home care business.
* To participate as required in multi disciplinary assessment of service users and subsequent planning of service user care.
The Person:
Must have previous experience working within domiciliary care setting Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with the want to progress to NVQ Level 3 Must have fantastic communication skills This position would be ideal for candidates from the following backgrounds: Senior Carer, Care Supervisor, assistant manager or Team Leader.Salary: £15,000 – £17,000 + bonus, car mileage and call allowance
