Job Description
My client is a rapidly growing, highly accredited and award winning company based in Brighouse.
As a result of planned growth and success my client is now looking to implement a new national network of accredited installers to be implemented in the coming year. This will provide customers across the UK, local access to installation and service engineers, as a result of this my client now requires a Sub-contracts Manager to head this department.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experiences;
- Technical background in service or maintenance contracts
- Experience in setting up service/maintenance networks
- Implementation of SLA’s
- Implementation of KPI’s
- Excellent team management skills
- Experience of reporting to Board Level
