Job Description

<p>Precedo Healthcare are looking to appoint suitably skilled and experienced Registered General Nurses or Mental Health Nurses to join our bank of nurses, for temporary and permanent assignments in NHS Hospitals, HM Prisons and the Private Nursing Home Sector.</p> <p>You will be working on a bank basis, alongside a team of highly trained nursing and care staff, leading with high standards of care and overseeing all nursing assignments and care for service users.</p> <p>Precedo Healthcare can offer flexible shifts patterns, from full-time to part time hours, with work facilitated around your other employment.</p> <p>Applicants must be qualified as a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse and hold an NMC Statement of Entry and Pin Card.</p> <p>Candidates would also preferably drive or be comfortable and familiar with public transport networks, and be willing to travel in and around the area.</p> <p>Candidates must have recent previous experience in their chosen sector of work, of at least 6 months in the last 12 months.</p> <p>Pay rates vary from &pound;13.00 - &pound;22.00 per hour.</p> <p>The successful candidate will lead by example, be motivated and committed to helping others, and must be able to provide the following skills and experience:</p> <p>- Have Excellent Communication Skills</p> <p>- Have the ability to adapt to different working environments</p> <p>- Be reliable, hardworking and flexible</p> <p>- Proof of NMC Registration</p> <p>- At times able to work on short notice availability</p> <p>- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK</p> <p>- Be able to provide details of 2 clinical references from a healthcare setting</p> <p>As part of the recruitment process you will also be required to complete an enhanced CRB check.</p> <p>In return, Precedo Healthcare offers excellent rates of pay, free training and uniforms and leading terms and conditions of employment.</p> <p>We strive to understand all of our staff members and tailor suitable placements to meet individual requirements.
