Job Description
Precedo Healthcare are looking for an experienced Nurse Assessor that has recent experience within complex care.Precedo Healthcare is seeking highly motivated Complex Care Community Nurses to work with a variety of service users within Calderdale and Kirklees.
As part of our service such service users require Nursing Assessment and Nursing Intervention, this intervention may just be initially or may be an ongoing and persistent aspect of the package of care.
This role involves;
Care Planning and Risk Assessments of Clinical Packages
Ensuring appropriate training for staff is identified.
Delegation of clinical tasks
Staff supervisions within complex packages.
The right candidate will need a valid NMC pin number, worked within an NHS setting and will have experience with complex care needs such as;
Tracheotomy Management
PEG Management
BIPAP/CPAP- ventilators
Epilepsy
The successful candidate can be assured of excellent rates of pay, and be able to work on a flexible rota.
