Job Description
Precedo Healthcare delivers Complex and on occasion Nursing Care to Service Users living at home. This tends to be end of life care.
We are therefore looking for RGN’s to join our care management/assessment team.
The successful applicants will hold a valid NMC recognised Pin number, will have experience of working within the NHS (ideally within the last 12 months) and will be able to operate in accordance and uphold the NMC’s Codes of Professional Conduct.
The role is flexible and we aim to provide hours to suit your individual circumstance. The role will involve assessing complex packages of care at home, training and supervising care staff, care plan intervention as necessary; ultimately taking a lead role in the successful administration and management of complex packages of care.
