Job Description
As a result of continued success and expansion my client now requires experienced, driven and enthusiastic Account Managers to work as part of their existing team, to win new business for the company. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to work for a forward thinking organization who continue to go from strength the strength.
The Role:
To target businesses, through both telesales and face to face sales, with the intention of supplying them with hardware, software, IT consumables and office products. This will include managing and growing an existing base of contracted and non contracted customers and winning new customers within a specific geographical area using a customer tailored contact strategy. You will be expected to be the face of the company undertaking regular customer reviews, and will work as part of a Team to deliver customer excellence at every level. You will be responsible for working effectively on your own, and working part of a Team.
About you:
- A proven track record of sales in either IT Hardware, Software, Consumables or Office Supplies – minimum of 5 years.
- Be able to provide evidence of new business wins as well as managing and growing existing business.
- The ability to demonstrate a track record of over achievement versus targets and the ability to forecast with a high degree of accuracy
- The ability to demonstrate high levels of performance within a pressurised environment.
- Industry experience (business to business) is essential
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to different levels of personnel.
