LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - HUDDERSFIELD
£21K O.T.E
My client based in Huddersfield is looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator...
Duties will include
- Registering potential tenants
- Arrange and attend viewings
- Liaise and negotiate between landlords and tenants
- Closing deals
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants
- Offering a first class level of customer service at all times
To be considered for this role you will need
- A lettings/property background would be an advantage but not essential
- Local knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
- Possess a full UK driving license
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Alternative Saturdays 10am - 2pm
