Job Description
Our client is a country house hotel who are currently recruiting for a 2nd Chef.
The ideal 2nd Chef will have previous 3,4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality restaurants As 2nd Chef you will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety
- You will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved
- You will be reporting directly to the Head Chef
- The successful candidate must be passionate and the posses ability to cope under pressure
- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience at 2nd/ Sous within a similar operation.
- This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic 2nd Chef looking for a progressive and challenging role
