Job Description
Based in North Leeds, Rilwood Associates specialises in executive recruitment and boasts an admirable client list which includes household names such as Philips Electronics, Adidas, Umbro, Continental Tyres, Budweiser, Tetley Tea and many others. Focusing on middle to senior management roles within sales and marketing, we have enjoyed sustained success and growth over the last 8 years. We now employ over 40 staff across our three sites in Leeds, London & Halifax and have grown annual revenue to in excess of £10m across the group.
Due to the continued growth and development of the business, we are looking to recruit a talented, ambitious and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our sales team
You will be an experienced recruiter, ideally in a permanent and/or search environment and commercially astute. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, organised, have a flexible hands on approach to work, and be able to communicate and represent the company at all levels in a structured, dynamic and professional fashion They will have a proven track record of generating profitable business and retaining clients through excellent delivery of service
