Job Description
Valuer £20k + Company Car or Cash Equivalent!!!
My client is urgently seeking an experienced Valuer to join this well known estate agents based in Leeds.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of estate agency work and residential property valuation. The successful candidate will also have a track record of creating opportunities and following through sales.
The post holder will provide property valuations for customers both sale and rental purposes under the supervision of the Estate Agency and Valuation Co-ordinator and Lettings Manager. The post holder will also assist with viewings, inspections, reviews, audits and support the Sales and Lettings teams within the branches to deal with enquiries and liaise with customers in person and on the telephone.
To apply you must have a full and clean driving license and relevant experience for this role.
