Recruitment Consultant/Account Manager – North Yorkshire
- Basic salary c£15k-£20k plus bonus

Company
A leading health and social care recruiter with multiple offices both in the UK and internationally.
They offer specialist recruitment solutions to both the private and public sector in the form of contingency based recruitment and managed services. With long standing relationships with high profile clients they are now in a position to recruit some further Account Managers to sustain this business.
Role
This role will involve you managing a number of high profile accounts and sourcing specialist candidates for skilled positions throughout the UK.
You will be responsible for managing your own client and candidate base and making sure that you are fully compliant on both parts.
Requirement
- Previous sales or recruitment experience
- Ability to understand complex requirements
- An understanding of urgency and importance of relationship building
- Driven and focussed to succeed in a sales environment
