Job Description
A hard working Chef de Partie is sought by this reputable 4* hotel in West Yorkshire.
This well known 4* star hotel is ideally suited to corporate clients and has numerous conference and banqueting rooms and regularly hosts functions for up to 300 guests. It also has a strong hold on the leisure market being in close proximity to some of Yorkshire\'s leading attractions.
The establishment has a thriving bar and elegant fine dine restaurant that offers a menu of British cuisine with international influences.
You will be working in a stable brigade producing quality food for a multi outlet establishment using the finest fresh produce. The role will involve assisting the Senior Chefs in order to achieve the successful day to day running of the kitchen.
A great opportunity for a committed Demi Chef de Partie to take a step up their ladder, or an experienced Chef de Partie to move into a good quality hotel environment.
