Job Description
Our Client is the region\'s leading independent hospital set in three acres of woodland near Bingley (near Bradford). The hospital opened in 1982 and currently has 71 bedrooms including two twin-bedded rooms all with en-suite facilities to ensure complete privacy. By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The four fully equipped theatres, two with ultra clean air technology, are particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacement. The day unit is also suitable for minor operations and endoscopy. Treatments at the hospital include Angioplasty, knee cartilage surgery, heart bypass, knee arthroscopy, heart catheterisation, knee ligament surgery, cataract surgery and shoulder muscle repair.Due to the imminent opening of a new theatre our client now requires experienced orthopaedic scrub nurses, recovery nurses and a qualified ODP within theatres. You will have a minimum of 1 years experience at a senior level in the relevant discipline together with evidence of continuing professional development. Good communication skills are essential.
