Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- You will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering business process systems training within a retail environment for end users
- Developing new and bespoke courses as required
- Developing and maintaining courseware
- Liaising with clients to establish training needs and objectives
- Setting up equipment and any other training aides
- Keeping abreast of all developments in National Standards and best practice
- Assist with both in-house and external projects as required
- Assist in-house administration team
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Experience of developing and delivering training to a wide range of clients
- Experience in the Retail Industry
- Understanding of Business Finance Functions
- Expert knowledge of Oracle Financials and Oracle Purchasing
- Flexible, team player
- Creative and good at generating ideas
- Excellent attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Charismatic, enthusiastic, positive and determined attitude
- Highly professional in style and manner
- Full driving license
PLEASE NOTE:
The jobholder will frequently be required to travel to client locations throughout the UK, and will be expected to stay overnight where relevant.

We have an extensive database of associate trainers who are used to augment the team of internal trainers in projects during busy periods. We are currently looking for a high calibre associate trainer who has Oracle EBS experience gained in a Retail background to design and deliver training at client sites throughout the UK.
