Job Description
Administrators required to work in the Segregated Dealing team of our large client on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre. This is a very fast paced, demanding and pressurised role where attention to detail and accuracy are key.
Duties:
· Receiving deals via e-mail, fax or uploaded files
· Print off the deals and file away into the relevant file ready for processing
· Check deals for fraud and security checks
· Ensuring instructions are clear on the amount that needs to be processed and to which deal
· High level alphanumeric processing of the deals to very strict deadlines
· Ensuring monies are coming in and out
· Sending out contracts
· Handlin e-mail queries on audits, transactions and requests for information
· Managing and maintaining complex Excel spreadsheets for audits
· Quality checking own and others work
Skills and Requirements:
· Ability to work to tight, strict deadlines
· Large volumes of accurate data processing
· The ability to handle pressure
· Able to learn new skills and systems quickly
· Team player
· Able to read and understand large amounts of information
This role offers and salary of between £15-17,000 with the incentive to increase a further £1500 + excellent benefits.
