Job Description
Provision of high level of professional, efficient and friendly counter service, meeting customer requirements and supporting unit objectives by matching appropriate products, service and information to their needs.
Provide professional, friendly and efficient service to all customers by actioning their counter transactions and enquiries and ensuring that appropriate retail service standards are maintained. This role will also include identifying sales opportunities and introductions to specialist advisers and relationship managers that meet customer needs and support the achievement of the unit\'s sales targets.
No previous banking knowledge is required, however a strong working / educational background is essential. You must be able to pass a credit check for this role
