Job Description
Administrator
Salary: £14,000- £16,000
Location: Leeds City Centre
Contract role: Maternity cover for a minimum of 10 months
Overview
Actively assist in ensuring that Interim projects are delivered within the constraints of cost, quality and time. Proactively identify any negative impact from emerging issues and find solutions or escalate to the relevant person in a timely fashion. Be able to assist Business support officers and team with discrete tasks when identified either internally or project focused.
Duties
Actively assist BSOs in the delivery of an assignment, this includes helping to deliver work to agreed deadlines
Monitor own work to ensure clients expectations are being met and understands clients needs
Responds to client requests on a timely basis through the BSOs
Seeks ongoing feedback on the quality of service
Has a basic understanding of the firms business plan
Actively keeps up to date with administrative policies
Has a basic knowledge of staff roles, internal services and products and uses these to aid team efficiency
Experience required
Basic knowledge of MS Office suit of tools
Copy typing speed of 45wpm plus
Ideally you will have experience of Audio typing although this is not essential
You will have an excellent telephone manner
Part of the role will involve you to meet and greet visitors to the premises so you will be extremely well presented and will ideally have spent time working front of house

Communicates with clarity and confidence
Understands the priority and importance of work and to actively contributes to the development of the project
Proactively make constructive recommendations on improving services that enhance own and others role to the benefit of the team
Uses initiative in role and illustrates a positive can do attitude.
