Job Description
12 month fixed term contract

Your genuine interest in people and desire to help mean you will make a real difference for both our customers and our business.
As first point of contact for inbound calls from customers with enquiries about building and contents insurance policy queries, you’ll deliver a truly excellent service. You’ll do everything you can to answer every question and resolve every issue. The range of queries you handle will only be matched by the variety of people you speak to. No two calls will be the same, but you’ll treat every customer fairly and professionally. Offering them the benefit of your knowledge and advice, you’ll be sure to stick to our policies and processes, and comply with legal regulations.
A great listener as well as a great talker, you’ve got an excellent telephone manner. You’ll also need to be a good written communicator, with keyboard and IT skills. After all, you need to make sure customer calls and correspondence are properly logged and followed up.
Customer service experience is essential and ideally you will have insurance experience and knowledge, but we’ll give you the training you need to reach your potential. We’re looking for people with a real drive to develop. If that sounds like you, this could be the start of a rewarding career.
