Job Description

A Chef de Partie is sought by this conveniently located four star hotel in West Yorkshire.

The hotel is ideally suited to the corporate market, offering an excellent selection of conference and banqueting facilities. Silver service functions for up to 350 guests are a regular occurrence and in addition the establishment has a thriving bar and a la carte restaurant trade and has also recently introduced extensive leisure facilities and so provides a good all round service to its guests.

You will be working with within a team of twelve chefs, producing quality food for a multi outlet establishment using fresh produce. The candidate would be a good all rounder. The role will involve assisting the Senior Chefs in order to achieve the successful day to day running of the kitchen. Great chance for a committed Demi CDP to take a step on their career ladder.

Reporting to the Head Chef.

Qualifications/Experience Required: Previous experience at CDP or Demi CDP level, using fresh produce and producing consistent quality is essential. All applicants should have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and Hygiene certificate essential.
