Salary: Excellent Salary, commission, ½ year bonuses and benefits

Rilwood Associates Ltd (www.rilwood.com) is a well established UK market leader within the recruitment market sector. It is a forward thinking, multi-million pound turnover company which sets the standard within the market by offering exceptional service to both clients and candidates. The company provides middle and senior management candidates to a wide ranging customer base across a number of industry sectors via advertised and search (headhunt) campaigns.

As the company continues to expand (currently 50 staff) it is now seeking to employ a small number of trainee consultants to join their highly experienced recruitment teams headquartered in Leeds and with offices in Halifax, Leicester and Mayfair, London. These roles will be to join existing teams working alongside experienced senior consultants and managers.

The company is specifically seeking to recruit individuals without recruitment experience but possessing the following attributes; motivated, willing to learn, articulate, determined and keen to create a career path. Some commercial experience is preferable (B2B sales, telesales, internal sales or customer service would be relevant areas) but graduates and non graduates and those with limited or no commercial experience, but possessing the attributes above, will also be appropriate.
