Job Description
Rilwood Associates is a well established UK market leader within the RECRUITMENT market sector. We are a forward thinking, multi-million pound Turnover Company who set the standards within the market with their exceptional service. Due to continued success and growth an exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ideally with RECRUITMENT experience or SALES experience; alternatively we will also look at someone with a background in ANY B2B OR CUSTOMER SERVICE BACKGROUND living within the Leeds Area.
This role offers excellent and diverse opportunities for CAREER PROGRESSION for the successful applicant so you will be a very ambitious and forward thinking individual.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the RECRUITMENT arena, B2B SALES - alternatively we will also consider people with a CUSTOMER SERVICES background, and various allied markets. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined, will be organised, have a flexible and “hands on” approach to work, and be able to communicate and represent the company at all levels in a structured, dynamic and professional fashion.
The RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - LEEDS must be able to demonstrate an innovative approach to developing sound profitable business and present convincing financial and business arguments to high-profile customers. You will be seeking an opportunity to take your career to the next level within a Senior Commercial or man-management level capacity, or to build on an already successful career at this level.
