Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced litigation case executive to join this leading firm of solicitors based in the centre of Bradford, the successful applicant will have experience of working within a similar role and ideally knowledge of charging orders.

Duties will include;

Prepare and deal with outgoing correspondence tailored to client's specific requirements Check and dispatch legal proceedings Instruct solicitor agents to attend hearings at foreign courts Attend short appointment hearings at local courts Instruct tracing agents Instruct foreign agents Ensure the client is kept up to date with all matters by way of reports, correspondence, telephone calls and review meetings Take personal responsibility for being updated in court rules and processes All the above done under supervision and on going training

Essential (Skills/knowledge/Experience/Qualifications)

Minimum of 12 months working in a similar role Working knowledge of MS Office packages inc. word, excel & outlook Team player Good written and verbal communication skills Good organisation skills Ability to prioritise Ability to use initiative Excellent telephone skills and experience of dealing with customers Experience of using case the Liberate system Previous experience of undefended processes'
