Job Description
Our client based in Leeds City Centre are looking to recruit a Credit Controller.
Key Accountabilities
To work the caseload efficiently and effectively.
To be aware of potential risk situations.
To reach individual and departmental targets.
To maintain a good relationship with the Mobile Counsellors to ensure the efficient exchange of information is sustained and that the best possible payment arrangements for customers are obtained.
Ensure the departments Customer Service Standards are met and maintained.
Full awareness of and conformance with all IT and information security policies and procedures.
Ensuring sensitive and confidential data is managed appropriately at all times.
Previous Customer Services or Telesales background is required.
Hours of work are between:- 8am - 8pm Mon - Thurs, and 8am - 5pm Fri. Some work on Saturday mornings may be required.
