Job Description

MUST HAVE INTERNAL RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE.

Working within the recruitment division of the UK\'s largest banking organisation.

This role is based in Leeds Overseeing and organising of selection events recruitment within the Sales Centre.

Drive specific research, evaluation and recommendation activities within the Sales Centre in relation to factors influencing attrition, this involves working with a wide selection of colleagues.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

Liaise with Sales Centre Management in order to agree to branding, wording and pitch of recruitment advertising.

Work closely with Sales Centre management to understand operational recruitment requirements, co-ordinating, facilitating, organising, planning and running assessment centres, along with liaising with the Business Planning team and remain up to date with recruitment targets within the Sales Centre.

Take ownership, maintain and evaluate interview and assessment material for Sales Centre recruitment and take the final decision on recruitment offers, audit the quality of candidates and salary consistency.

Liaise with the Training and Development team to ensure that training solutions fit closely and consistently with recruitment needs.

Nurture relations with external recruitment agencies to ensure service provided is fit for purpose and to keep abreast of the recruitment market.

Be day to day operational contact throughout recruitment campaigns.

Proactively drive initiatives towards management of attrition issues within the Sales Centre with pertinent management updates.

Manage and maintain the leavers process within the Sales Centre, carrying out exit interviews, analysing leavers information and making recommendations on Sales Centre leavers processes

. Essential Minimum of 2 years recruitment and interviewing experience either in an HR or operational business capacity/internal recruitment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organisation and planning skills.

Experience of managing and analysing business trends.

Relationship management skills - internal and external

Knowledge of General Insurance systems, including HUON, Excel Powerpoint, Word, Microsoft Outlook, Viewstar, CIS.
