Job Description

Entry level Administrator

Company overview

Our Client is a successful and well respected company who has recently gained an accreditation as Investors in People. They are currently looking for an administrator to sit within their customer service team. The team currently consists of 15 people and is a very friendly team with a supportive and encouraging team leader.

Hours: Monday- Friday 9- 5:15pm Option of rotating shifts of 8-4:15pm Monday to Friday

Salary range: £11,310 - £11,550 Up to 5% annual bonus

Main purpose of the role

To provide non-customer or client facing administrative support to the Customer Service department.

Duties

Handle all incoming and outgoing post including recording of returned mail and recorded post. Sort the post to ensure all letters are assigned to the correct departments. Prepare Bankruptcies and Involuntary arrangements paperwork, to include inputting of details onto the system from 3rd parties, answering any queries from 3rd parties and sending proof of debt forms to the 3rd parties to prove legal ownership of the debt. Sending customers copies of statements and agreements. Inputting authorisation form details or account write off details onto the system for uncollectible debts. Locating accounts using an account finder database. Calculating daily cheques to be passed to Finance. General administration duties. Any other duties commensurate with the post.

Experience

Previous office experience essential (at least 6 months) Experience of using MS Office.

Computer literate. Excellent organisational skills. Quick learner. Strong attention to detail. Professional. Demonstrates a positive attitude to work and a good work ethic. Flexible approach.
