Job Description
TELEMARKETER / APPOINTMENT MAKER / TELESALES
Location: Ilkley
Salary: £20,000+ OTE (good basic with achievable commission)
Hours: Mon – Fri / 9am-5pm
THE ROLE
This expanding communications company are looking to recruit a self-motivated Appointment Maker to assist their growing sales force. Working in a friendly environment, you will be able to work on your own initiative to produce results for the company.
DUTIES
€¢ Making outbound calls to prospective business customers
€¢ Promoting the company’s products and services
€¢ Arranging qualified appointments on behalf 2-3 Sales Representatives
€¢ Updating database with contacts details
€¢ Recording telephone calls onto CRM system
€¢ Diarising any follow up calls
THE PERSON
€¢ Previous experience in a tele-appointing or telesales role
€¢ Enthusiastic and confident telephone manner
€¢ Good IT skills and accurate keyboard skills
€¢ Reliable and trustworthy
