Job Description
Our client are a leading, award winning, high profit turnover national company, and due to expansion, need to recruit Job Coaches for their York town centre office. This is a proactive sales based type of role and you will be required to to engage with local/national employers in order to obtain suitable and varied work placements for job ready learners.
The role will also provide a job matching service to ensure that clients meet the minimum criteria of established vacancies. Candidates for this role will ideally have worked in a similar role or within recruitment, and be able to work to targets.
Knowledge of welfare to work would be useful, however ability to promote the company and engage with people at all levels essential. Driving licence preffered
