Job Description
Our portfolio of UK and European Clientele is growing which means we need to develop more people to provide them with customer service and new customer acquisition!
2009 was an amazing year for us in Sheffield, and we’re looking forward to an even better 2010 now that we also have an office in Leeds! Our customer service and acquisition campaigns are in high demand from a growing portfolio of UK and European clientele. We expanded throughout Yorkshire in 2009 and look forward to expanding throughout the UK and Europe in 2010!
Client and Customer Service Advisors:
You will begin with 3-5 days of office and field based product training to ensure you are prepared and confident enough to represent clients independently. You will be provided with customer service expectations and guidelines from our clients before each campaign. You will also receive guidance for dealing with customer service related queries and tips for acquiring new customers. Your next few weeks will be focusing on productive client representation, customer service and time management.
Once you’ve demonstrated professional customer service, productivity, and reliability, we will consider advancement and expansion opportunities.
Requirements:
All applicants must be at least 18 years of age and should be available to work full time hours. Smart dress and confident communication skills are preferred since we meet directly with our clients and customers. All types of customer related experience will be considered (customer service, retail sales, hospitality, etc).
