Home Manager – Newhaven, Boroughbridge

North Yorkshire Learning Disability Services
37 hours per week
£21, 049 - £23, 347 p.a.
We are currently seeking a Home Manager to manage a home supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs including physical disabilities. You will be responsible for the provision of a high quality service through the development of a skilled, experienced, diverse and motivated team. It is a requirement of the post that the successful applicant will become a registered manager with the Care Quality Commission.
We offer comprehensive induction and training, including support to achieve NVQ in management. Other benefits include a minimum of 24 days’ annual leave in addition to public holidays, local government pension fund, an Employee Assistance Programme plus comprehensive induction and training opportunities.
