Our client is based on the Euroway Trading Estate in Bradford.
They are looking for someone to cover maternity in the accounts department.
The system used is very bespoke and therefore we are looking for someone to start in July and have a 4 - 6 week handover process before the lady going on maternity leaves.
You will be responsible for logging invoices onto the system, passing them to be approved, monitoring this process through and chasing where needed, deal with distributing invoices, filing, investigating outstanding purchase orders and any other duties required to help out the accounts and office admin team.
This is a small accounts and admin team, and therefore you must be a team player with a 'can do' attitude.
This company is a professional, yet very down to earth firm and has a very friendly feel about it.
The role is a 6 month contract plus the 4 - 6 weeks training - so around 8 months altogether - that's not to say it won't go on longer. You will be taken on by the company from day 1 and will therefore have all the benefits of a permanent role included paid bank holidays and holiday entitlement. They are happy to pay you weekly or monthly.
Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30
