    Legal Recoveries Executive / Legal debt recovery agent – Phenomenally positive working environment

    This role is based in Leeds city centre

    Salary and benefits: £15000-18000 and a bonus of around £900 a quarter plus extensive benefits including: 26 Days hols, Contributory Pension, Private Health Care, Free Life Cover, Season ticket loan etc.

    YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

    A dynamic, switched personality with at least 6 months experience of working in a debt recovery environment and ideally a working knowledge and understanding of legal debt collection methods and practice.
    In particular, you should be able to demonstrate your knowledge of the charging order process, attachment of earnings orders, warrants etc – If you have any knowledge of the Liberate IT package, that will also greatly assist your application

    ROLE INFORMATION:

    Make pro-active debt recovery telephone calls, to ensure that maximum collections performance is achieved.
    •Administering our legal collections process with a view to obtaining repayment of our clients accounts in full
    •Issuing legal proceedings against defendant’s with a view to obtaining a charging order against the property of the defendant to secure the debt of our client
    Dealing promptly with correspondence from the court to ensure the accurate recording of information
    •To update the database system accurately and ensure that the correct procedures are applied.
    •Liaise with our clients to take further instructions when complex issues arise
